Refunds & Cancellations

This policy applies to all paid subscriptions to the Manoah platform operated by Manoah Technology Private Limited. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the terms set out below. These terms should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions.


1. Subscription Plans

Manoah offers a FREE Plan and a paid PRO Plan. The PRO Plan is available on a monthly or annual billing cycle. Feature availability is described on the pricing page.


2. Refund Policy

2.1 Annual Plans

If you cancel an annual PRO Plan subscription within 7 days of the initial purchase date and have not materially used the PRO Plan features during that period, you may request a full refund. After 7 days, annual subscription fees are non-refundable.

2.2 Monthly Plans

Monthly PRO Plan subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced.

2.3 Downgrades and Cancellations

If you downgrade to the FREE Plan or cancel your subscription, you will retain PRO Plan access until the end of the current paid billing period. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for the unused portion of a billing cycle.

2.4 Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests outside the terms above (for example, prolonged service unavailability or extenuating personal circumstances) may be considered at Manoah’s sole discretion. Submit exceptional requests to contact@manoah.care with supporting details.


3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email contact@manoah.care with the subject line: [Refund Request] <Your Name> — <Brief Reason>
  2. Include your registered email address and the date of the transaction.
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and respond with a decision within 7 business days.

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on your bank or card issuer — typically 5–10 business days.


4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your PRO Plan subscription at any time through your account settings or by writing to contact@manoah.care. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next cycle.

4.2 Account Termination by Manoah

Manoah may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach the Terms and Conditions, fail to pay subscription fees, or use the platform in a manner that poses a legal or security risk.

4.3 Your Data After Cancellation

After your subscription ends, your data is retained for 90 days to allow you to export it. You can request a data export by emailing contact@manoah.care. After the 90-day period, your account data and client records are permanently and securely deleted.


5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Razorpay and/or Cashfree Payments. Manoah does not store your full payment card details on its servers. Refunds are initiated by Manoah and processed through the same payment gateway used for the original transaction.
